Hi, does anyone know how to report an Authorized Repair Center to Apple? My niece has an iPhone from the US (which I had ordered) and the Repair Center in the Philippines refuses to fix it because it was not bought there. The model for the Philippines is a different model. What’s the point of having AppleCare+ which is supposed to be worldwide if these companies won’t replace a broken iPhone?

Sorry, but you don’t have a valid complaint. AppleCare+ is NOT and has NEVER BEEN “worldwide”.
The warrant and AppleCare+ are ONLY valid in the country where the device was originally sold.
