How to complain to Apple about an Authorized Repair Center
Hi, does anyone know how to report an Authorized Repair Center to Apple? My niece has an iPhone from the US (which I had ordered) and the Repair Center in the Philippines refuses to fix it because it was not bought there. The model for the Philippines is a different model. What’s the point of having AppleCare+ which is supposed to be worldwide if these companies won’t replace a broken iPhone?
