Assuming that both your iPad and iPhone are singed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID, you can easily synchronise the majority of your data using iCloud services.


On both iPad and iPhone, enable the iCloud services Apps that you wish to synchronise:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud - enable services and Apps from the list that you wish to keep synchronised
