Assuming you're using an Apple Music subscription and have enabled lossless audio then Atmos should also be supported. See About Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos in Apple Music - Apple Support.

I should clarify, I meant using two minis paired as a sound bar connected to apple 4K gen 2. It doesn’t appear this is dolby Atmos compatible.
Thanks, that answered my question. Homepod Minis don't support Dolby Atmos on Apple 4K TV.
* HomePod mini doesn't support Dolby Atmos 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound.
