Text messages not recieved on iphone

My wife has a problem with not able to recieve text messages from other people on her iphone 11 promax. The error appears randomly and started after update to IOS 16.0.2.

Apple please help us!

iMessage messages not sending through and disappearing I have an iPhone 14 Pro and have been dealing with this iMessage error for at least a year. For some reason, in certain iMessage chains I will send texts but they seem to never go through. They initially appear to send as normal, but then the blue loading/sending bar will appear at the top. The messages later disappear as if they were never sent. Sometimes messages also disappear that have been sent through. The issue will sometimes resolve if I turn my phone off and back on. My phone is fully up to date with the latest IOS as well.

By the way, we have tried different guides found on internet and apple support, e.g. restart of phone, sim card, flymode, settings for telephone company & MMS… etc, but nothing is helping. The text messages are all send but not always recieved on recievers phone (both iphone and other smartphones).
