It appears that dictation is not working with messages after update update to latest IOS. I have a iPhone 11. One tried many remedies recommended on the Internet but none of them worked. Help!

Thanks, I’ve done all that several times but no luck. I even did a reset bit to no avail. It sure is puzzling!
