Watch Hacked

I purchased a watch for my wife. She no longer wants it so I would like to pair it with my phone. She signed onto her ID and unpaired. However, the watch is now paired to another phone and I have no idea who's phone it is.

Apple watch Hello dear yesterday I have bout a used Apple Watch, and today I have received a notify message on my device saying, the owner of this item will be able to see it, how can I remove this watch from the previous owners phone, I don't want him to see my location all the time.
