Will the Apple store hold my iPhone order for me to pick up later?

I have to pick my new iPhone up tomorrow, but I’ll be unable to do it. Only in Thursday. Will Apple hold it for me?

In store pickup issues I ordered the iphone 15 plus In green and it gave me the option for in-store pickup and let me choose a time. Well I went there at my designated time and it says my order is still processing but I’m not sure why or how when I fully paid for it no trade in or anything. Got a confirmation email and was able to choose a pick up time. It’s going on day 2 now and it’s kinda of ridiculous and inconvenienced my weekend since I was told they only hold a phone for 3 days…… I mean why take my money out my account if you aren’t sure the products in stock…..

Can I delay time for in store iPhone pick up? I want to buy an iPhone, pick up Available now in a Store. But I’m busy, so Can I pay now (October 5th, 2022) and will come to that store to pick up 8 days later (on October 13th, 2022)? Thank you. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

In the notice you received that it is ready it should say how long they will hold it. Or call them. I have often picked up the next day.
