Unknown Bluetooth device named KS03-109157 showing on my iPhone

I saw that somebody else had posted pretty much the same question with a different number on it minus KS Dash 03 space 109157 I’m not sure what the device is but it shows up as a Bluetooth device connected to my phone and then underneath it there’s also a choice for iPhone no other information I want to know what is the prices and why would it just automatically show up I don’t know her I believe it’s some sort of microphone hearing device with a speaker built and I think 100% sure about this information I have from the Internet

I figured out what my KS03-10E070 was. It was my son's LED lights that can listen to music and change the light patterns to match the music.

Take a look at this conversation:

It is probably correct since a Bluetooth does not know if it is yours or your neighbors. And any bluetooth within range will show up.

I just had a device show up on my car's screen wanting to connect to my network - twice in a row. Must have been a car somewhere near mine waiting at a traffic light. I just refused it and all was well.
