Hi I was wondering how to set up requesting apps from App Store via screen time

Screen time like a timer? if I approve my kid 3 apps for 15 minutes each, does it mean they can be online for each app (45 minutes total) or is it like a timer, and all apps end at 15 minutes?

App Updates When Screen Time Restricts App Install Is there ever plans to allow for updating apps even when app installs are restricted? It’s frustrating that you have to unlock the screen time allow to install apps just to update apps
