Serious unresolved problems with my iPhone SE

  • Ever since the genius at the Apple Store Genius Bar convinced me that the problems I was having with my iPhone 6 would be solved if I purchased an iPhone SE in November 2021, I've had a number of serious problems with my SE phone that Apple has been unable to resolve. This is actually the second iPhone SE that I got from the Apple Store after the first one's problems proved too much for Apple to resolve.
  • Problems:
  • A. The phone will often turn off cellular or turn on Airplane Mode for no apparent reason even though I have not even opened the settings section at all that day. This is the most serious issue as it does not allow my home security system to alert me to a break in when is in progress. Already once this has caused me to have my home broken into without me knowing about it until several hours later.
  • B. The phone will often not allow the person I'm calling hear my voice so that typically hang up after saying "hello" several times. This has proven to be a major problem also because I have serious health problems and several times since I bought the phone I've waited for long periods for a hospital operator to connect me to my MD only to have them not hear me when they finally get to my call.
  • C. The phone will sometimes drop a call right in the middle of a conversation.
  • D. Frequently I will place a call and the person on the other end of the line will have a "synthetic" or "electronic" voice very similar to that of a typical robot voice in many sci-fi movies.
  • Although Apple has done a number of remote diagnostic tests, they were never able to resolve any of these issues and the problems persist to this day. Suspecting it might be the problem, I asked the Apple reps to check for malware or a virus but they said they were unable to do so.To add insult to injury, while they were trying to figure out what was the matter with my phone, the 30-day return period elapsed and now Apple will not allow me to return the phone nor provide a refund, so I continue to pay for it until payment is complete.
  • Does anyone here have any ideas as to what I can do to resolve this issue? I'm seriously considering getting an Android or some other phone just to be able to check for and delete any malware. With an iPhone that evidently isn't an option.

Any help here with be very much appreciated.
