Storage

I was low on storage so I deleted all the files, downloads, pictures, docs, trash…everything! No change so I completely restored the HD to factory default. It still tells me I’m low on storage. Help!

What is the exact message? Can you post a screenshot of the message?


Also post a screenshot of Disk Utility while the "Macintosh HD - Data" volume is selected & highlighted on the left pane of Disk Utility.


Launch the Terminal app and execute the following command posting the results here:

diskutil  list  internal


What is the exact model of the Mac and version of macOS used? You can get this information by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac".
