I changed my region, iCloud no longer syncs devices

A few months ago I changed my Apple account's region from the United States to Thailand, where I currently reside (so I can have access to an app available only in Thailand's app store).

After doing that, my devices have never sync'd again, even though they're using the same account.

If I take photos on my iPhone, the photo library on my MacBook is still at the same point in time it was right before I switched regions. It's the same for much of the information that needs to sync.

  • All Safari stopped syncing
  • Hide my email: The temporary emails that I've generated over time are different when I look at my iPhone vs MacBook vs iCloud.com.
  • Apple watch messages stopped syncing. But honestly the Apple Watch never really sync'd correctly from the start.

Not really sure what to do at this point. Anyone experience this problem?
