Which mail app do you use on your iPhone? Is it the Apple Mail app? If YES, then open Settings ➡️ Mail ➡️ Accounts: Here, do you see the Hotmail account? If you do, then tap on it and then ensure that the Mail switch is set to ON. If you do not see your hotmail account, then tap on Add Account and follow the prompts to add the Hotmail account again.
