My Carrier is Swisscom in their website they say that you can unlock your device through apple without contacting us. https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/help/mobile/sim-lock.html#iphone how can i factory unlock my iphone

If the iPhone was sold to you unlocked, follow the instructions in the Related Article above. Otherwise, you need to contact the carrier.

Apple won't remove carrier locks.
