I wanna update my mac to new OS version.But I don't know how to do it.I want a new update at least os 10.11 .Can you guys help me how to update it.You guys can see the information about my mac in this screenshot.

Thanks for the update. Using the OS X El Capitan link provided in this article, How to download macOS - Apple Support, download OS X El Capitan and use the installer to upgrade your Mac. After upgrading to OS X El Capitan, try to follow the steps to upgrade to macOS Monterey again.
