turn off find my phone for trade in

"turn off find my phone for trade in: ok but when i track my device trade in, it states that the trade in is on hold until i take action and remove ‘find my device”

To fix this, contact Apple Support, AASP. Let them know what is going on. They’ll run you through the fix.

"turn off find my phone for trade in: I am being asked to turn off Find my phone for my trade in to take place. When i log into icloud.com/find, i do not see my old device so i can do so."

Find My Device not Showing:

If your device is not shown in Find My, then it is not enabled on your account. There is nothing to worry about when it come to Find My and trans in. If you've already disassociated it from your account (by signing out of iCloud on it), then all is set.
