Cant Log into my app store to update apps

The appstore is asking for my password when I try to update apps (lets me download apps) ive reset my password 4 times, I've logged out and back in, Ive called apple support, they did nothing and some of my daily used apps are starting requiring updates to use. How can i fix this

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

BTW:

You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password.

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

 

What happens when you use the same Apple ID & Password that you use to sign in here?
