Apple Watch face showing yesterday’s events, not today’s.

This started a couple of days ago. I fiddled with it on my phone and thought I had fixed it, but today the problem is still there. How do I REALLY fix it?

Hello sangersl,

It sounds like your Apple Watch face is showing the incorrect events with your calendar complication. Does this happen when you try to delete the watch face and create new one with the same complication? Are you using the default Calendar app or a third party calendar app for the complication?

Also, try to make sure that your iPhone and Apple Watch software are both updated:

Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support

"Update directly on your Apple Watch

If your Apple Watch has watchOS 6 or later, you can install subsequent updates without your iPhone:

  1. Make sure that your watch is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app.
  3. Tap General > Software Update.
  4. Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions."

Regards.

FYI, As you can see, this is a built in watch face and is the one I have always used. You can also see that it fixed itself today—eventually. As for the calendar app, I believe it is the one that is the default. The icon is a white circle with the day and date in it. In any case, it has worked as expected for as long as I’ve had my watch until just recently. Both my phone and my watch are fully updated. In fact, I believe this started with the most recent update. Perhaps you have already fixed the problem. I hope so!
