SOS on service bar

after updating my iPhone 11 Pro Max, the SIM failed. I restarted the iPhone, checked the SIM card for damages, reset network settings and still having issues with SOS? I would greatly appreciate any feedback

Try to do a force restart -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
