iPhone not making calls after update

After I updated my iPhone 8 Plus about 3 weeks ago. Now I have to reboot my phone daily to makes calls. When I try to call, the call fails. Both for incoming and outgoing. Once I reboot it, I will usually work for the rest of the day. Messaging and internet both work fine.

It happened after the 15.6 update.

I’m on 15.7 now thinking that an update might fix it but it did not.
