Is it possible to reprint a document from "completed jobs"? I can see the file I want, but can't see any way to open or reprint it. Monterey, 12.6

Hi Maapsal,

You mentioned that you could see the file in your previous message. However, you're not able to actually open it, correct? If so, do you happen to have a Time Machine backup that you could restore from that would have the document prior to when you printed it? If so, you may be able to restore the backup or even local snapshots. The resources below will walk you through both of those options to help with restoring that document, if these options are available for you.

If not, you might want to reach out to Amazon to see if they could resend it to you.

Good afternoon Maapsal,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It sounds like you want to reprint a document. What kind of document is this? Is the file located on your computer or online? It seems like you would repeat the steps you used to print the document in the first place. That usually means opening the app the document was created/viewed in, or opening the document in the Finder app. What printer model are you using? Are you connected by a USB cable or are you printing wirelessly? Please let us know if you are not able to open and print the document using one of these two methods.

Take care.
