WHY WONT MY WATCH TRACK MY WRIST TEMPERATURE

I have the series 8 watch and set up per instructions on tracking sleep but the watch still want not do the wrist temperature. It tracks my sleep its enabled on my watch and it states must wear 5 days which I have it also states during this time it will state need more data mine never has after a few weeks still states no data
