Can’t find subscription when I try to request refund

When requesting a refund it tells me I have no subscription eligible for refund. The one I am wanting refund for was charged to my new card just last month. I have receipts. Why is it not showing up when I try to request refund.

1.

If the invoice is from Apple, the click Report a problem on the invoice.

2.

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.
