submitting my podcast to anchor with my RSS feed from anchor

I have 45 podcasts and I have been trying to submit them to apple since we started. I have the RSS feed from anchor. We are on Google but I cannot get my Apple Connect to work. I am signed into apple but it stops me at that step and won't let me go further. Even though you can see I am signed into apple it says

Activate your Apple ID

I have all the bases covered. I have the 2 factor authentication, I have a payment method, it's an individual account but I have read that's ok.

If this fails I would suggest reporting it Podcasts Support: https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts

If that fails the next step is to contact Apple Support: Support

Don't present this as a podcasting problem - they don't handle those and will refer you to Podcasts Support (or give you an inaccurate answer judging by some people's experience). Present the problem as being the inability to access Podcasts Support. It's also been suggested that getting them to look at your Apple ID may clear matters.
