iPhone Video Call Voice gets choppy

Yesterday only I purchased the iPhone 14Pro Max, and immediately I realises that while doing the video call only my voice gets choppy. The other receiver side complained that my voice is coming choppy. The same problem I had with my iPhone 12 pro max. Many times I visited the apple store, they ran their diagnostics and they found everything fine on their hardware test. What is the solution of that?
