Passwords stored on your stolen phone are not accessible by the thief, unless you had no passcode on it.
ICloud keychain is secure unless you gave away your apple password.
I use complex nonsense passwords like fkgig-ifudf-Th468-ethcxh for every access except my Apple iCloud password which is complex but memorable.
Ok print them out and keep the list safe

If your replacement is an iphone then you should have instant access to all your passwords if they are in iCloud Keychain
my concern is about the situation I faced after having my phone stolen in Europe. having no apple device and no easy access to a PC, the complex PW messes me up. After my return I still have not restored my access to all accounts on my replacement iphone
