As most of that date range is before November 1st, it is certainly a possibility. However, no one here has enough information to give you a meaningful estimate. Perhaps you can buy a case or charger or some other accessory so that you have something to wrap up and present. I'm sure that the lucky recipient will be so happy they're getting a new iPhone that a day or two delay won't be too terrible.

Supply & Demand is the Culprit:

Don't forget about where these are manufactured, and what is occurring: COVID. It's a matter of Supply & Demand. It took me 6 weeks to get my iPhone. It may take the same amount of time for you.

Want to know where this all stands? If so, contact Apple Support. They'll have the answer upfront.

• Proceed from there as necessary
• Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
