How can I respond an invitation email that's sent from client apps?

I am using Mail app on Mac and I get many invitation emails that were not sent from Apple or Google. Those emails have no response section in the body. I can not see any support from Apple mail app for responding in email detail! Doesn't Apple mail support meeting email?

My Gmail address receives invitations issued from the macOS calendar app whereas my Yahoo address doesn't. I checked all folders. Other mails sent from the Mail app arrive normally, so it's not as if the Yahoo server was down. How can an email just not show up like that? It seems like it wasn't sent in the first place. This has been asked 3 years ago with no answer (Calendar invitations to yahoo users - Apple Community). Hasn't anyone from Apple looked into this?

Good Mail Going to Junk Monterey Mail.app to Monterey Mail.app, both Macs using iCloud mail, each Mac has a valid, proper Contact for the other recipient. Emails from either direction reliably go to the Junk mailbox. A RULE to direct the message to Inbox is ignored. Help, please. TIA.

Mail randomly doesn’t send emails from gmail addresses In my Apple mail app I have gmail addresses set up. I have recently been experiencing an issue where emails sent from those gmail addresses simply disappear after trying to send them. Not in sent, not in outbox, just gone. It is random as to which sending gmail address and also as to recipient address. Anyone have experience with this?

Sorry but not sure where the issue is.

The Invitation can be Add to your Apple Calendar

To Respond directly to the Client would seem straight forwards - Hit the Respond action on the e-mail from which the invitation originated

Invite people to events in Calendar on Mac - Apple Support (CA)

In your case - you are the Invited Person
