In my credit card statement there are Apple.com/bill payments that I donot recognize. I didnot receive the invoice of those payments by email. They dono also appear in my list of purchases when I signed in with my apple id.

After looking through information above I would encourage you to contact your credit card company to make sure your information has not been breached and being used fraudulently.

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Also report to the police.
