What can i do with my iMac that has High Sierra v10.13.6, there are some programs need me to upgrade to, but my computer is a mid 2011.

Nothing. Unfortunately your iMac is too old to update any further.
If you need to run programs that require a newer version of macOS you will need a newer computer to do so.
Your iMac is at the end of the update road after 11 years.
