Hi, I forgot my iPhone password which I saved on the notes the day before.
my iPhone is blocked .
my iPad still work , but the note with the password that I saved on iPhone didn’t passed through the iPad device.
do you think there is any chance to backup or connect iPhone notes and iPad notes even if my iPhone is blocked ?

No, once you forget a passcode the only option is to reset the phone to factory settings. You can then restore your backup.
