How can I fix my iPhone ringer for incoming calls?
i can call out but there is no longer sounds or alerts for new incoming texts, emails, voicemail or incoming calls.

How can I fix my iPhone ringer for incoming calls?

Wondering if you can hear other sounds ok, like Voice memos, videos etc.
You could try restarting your iPhone, which sometimes restores normality.
Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Also check settings : Settings > Sound
Also check : "Do Not Disturb" is not on
Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

You might want to try updating to a newer iOS to see if that makes a difference
eg: iOS 15.5 is compatible with iPhone 6s Plus (but iOS 16 is not compatible)

To update your iPhone to the latest iOS software compatible with your model, go to Settings > General > Software

Guess you would have checked the volume is turned uo to a comfortable level, and that "mute" is not on.

Also check notification settings : Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
