Privaterelay email used with “sign in with Apple”

Why aren’t private relay emails being forwarded to me? I checked span folder and nothing. I can’t receive replies from app where I used “sign in with Apple because they are not being forwarded to my apple userid email.

i set setting and found the private relay address used and it is set up to forward to my apple email but it won’t forward to me.
