Web Chat window won’t open in Safari on MAC

I am on my MAC, using the current version of MAC OS and Safari, for an online live WEB service I subscribe to and the live video & audio works fine.

But when I click on the Chat icon, custom for this site, nothing opens - no new window appears.

There are a number of other users on this site and they can access the custom Chat with no problem.

Safari security and preferences is all set to allow this site with no blocking.

I do use a VPN.

Chrome has the same problem with not opening the Chat window.

Any ideas of what may be wrong ?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

Issue Resolved - thank you.

I just disabled the VPN and cleared History in Safari then closed and restarted Safari and logged back in and it worked.
