ipad mini 6 external display
How can i run a different app on the external monitor & a different app on the mini 6 itself? & if not possible, how can we make the suggestion to apple?

iPad does not support an extended-desktop view as you may be accustomed with a Windows PC or Mac - but instead permits the iPad display to be “mirrored” to a compatible external monitor/TV, preserving the iPad’s screen aspect-ratio. The iPad can also “stream” media content directly to an attached monitor.

Consider that in a touch-UI environment, an extended desktop would make no sense; you would not be able to interact with Apps that were only visible on the external monitor.
