Perspective Zoom iOS 16.0.2

Hey Guys

No matter what I try to get the Perspective Zoom option, it just does not show up as an option? The web is saying it is there, you need to pinch your wallpaper to activate it, then reboot, (whaaaaaat??) but that does not work?

Brand new IP 14 Pro Max, and I am using the Apple wallpapers just to see if I can get the Perspective Zoom option visible?

Beyond a joke this. Never have I had any real issues with an iPhone. Is this a software bug from Apple?

Any ideas guys and girls?
