Hello apple, i recently bought some second hand airpods and they are linked with a different apple ID, and i was wondering if you could help me get that fixed.

Depending on the model, resetting them may not work. If not, you'll have to get the owner to remove it. If the seller can't or won't remove Activation Lock, return it for a refund.
