Duplicate photo folder missing.
I noticed that many people do not have it on different iPhone models, although there are even articles on using this function on the Apple support. Maybe the developers have not yet implemented it, although it should be with ios 16.0
What do you think about this, maybe someone has come across such a question

As sberman wrote, the duplicates folder won't appear unless you actually have duplicates.
Also note that it may take several days to index your library and check for duplicates.

Indeed it has been implemented and released. I had one.
Perhaps you have no duplicates, in which case you will not have a Duplicate folder.
