Apple installs osascript as part of the operating system. Using osascript, you can run AppleScript or JavaScript code in shell scripts, Python, Ruby, Swift, and Objective-C languages, directly in the Terminal, and from AppleScript, Automator, Shortcuts, and other third-party applications. If you click OK, this will satisfy Apple security requirements in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy panel for you. Then, either the silhouette software will work, or it will pop another security-related dialog.
