What is the software that you downloaded?

Osascript is a tool that is part of the OS, but it can allow command line scripts to run that may not be desirable. The name and password it is looking for is your Admin name and password. It is not normal for an App to need this information and allowing scripts to run with Admin privileges gives them full access to your system and I would be very cautious about doing that.

With that disclaimer, the name that it is looking for is your Admin name and can be found at System Settings > User & Group. The password is you computer password.
