Citizen app

I just wanted the free citizen app and yet I was charged 142.99 and I honestly did not intend to purchase this app ! They know it was checked and now I am stuck with a charge of 142.00 bucks ?? are saying they have a zero refund policy ?

the initial transaction was 8-19 I disputed the charge on 9/2 . Just bc they have a screen shot saying I agreed isn’t the truth . I could have thought I was checking a box for the free app and accidentally hit the one for the charge . There has to be something or some way to rectify this ? The bank asked for documentation that I didn’t intend for this to be charged .. how can I do that when it was done completely through my phone ? I didn’t even

and accidentally hit the one for the charge

The citizen app is free, but if if you hit / click the In-App Purchases than you have to pay.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.
