Repeated request to sign back into apps.
Why am I constantly asked to sign in to various apps--even ones which have not been updated? It's tremendously irritating.

How you access the information from such apps is totally controlled by the app makers and has nothing to do with macOS. If they are designed to require you to sign in that is simply what you will need to live with.
