Apple Watch Ultra - Issues

Had the similar sounding issue today. Watch stuck in a permanent boot loop.

Used online chat support, tried to reset, unpairing etc but stays on for less than 30 seconds before rebooting again.

Have it booked in at local genius bar next week.

Did you press and hold the digital crown and side power button at the same time until the screen goes black and the Apple Logo appears (without blinking)?
