I sent a gif to a friend that I want to delete. For some reason I cant delete the gif. I was able to delete other text in the thread, but the gif just keeps reappearing each time I delete it. I’ve tried multiple different ways of deleting it and nothing. Anyone have any tips?

This article explains how to delete messages form your iPhone: Delete messages on iPhone - Apple Support. If you are unable to delete a certain part of a message thread, we suggest deleting the whole thread and re-creating it so that content is gone. Follow the steps from the article:
