Can I get my data back
I erased my phone because it gave me the option to erase my phone and when my phone turned on all my pictures were gone and my text messages I’m trying to get it back

Yes, 'erasing your phone' is just like what it sounds. You essentially deleted everything.
Why did you erase your phone?
If you have an iPhone backup, you could restore from that.
Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
If you do not have a backup.. were you storing your photos in iCloud?
If so, you'd just set the phone up from scratch, sign in with the same Apple ID..
Then go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Photos and turn it back on.

Access and view iCloud Photos on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If none of the above is true.. (no backup, not storing in iCloud) Then you've lost all your photos
