It depends on how the subscription was started.

  1. If these subscriptions are billed through Apple (started in-app on an Apple device), then you can cancel those as described on: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support. You can also cancel such subscriptions through the Users and Accounts page in the Settings on Apple TV. Manage subscriptions on Apple TV - Apple Support.
  2. If you started the subscription directly with the content provider, then you should also cancel directly with that content provider (usually on the web).
