iPad Pro static?

My iPad has recently had slight static (green and purplish dots) displayed all around the screen. Content is still viewable perfectly besides the very visible static on a black screen nothin else is happening with these statics so far they are just extremely irritating and make it hard to focus and I’m kind of concerned. For backstory I have an iPad bro 4th gen 12.9 inch and it has a crack through the middle and in the top right of my screen when vertical both from heat aswell as 2 heat marks along the upper region of the crack through heat middle of my screen aswell as a crack from the middle one to the outside of my iPad, and the iPad has never been dropped, touched water or been repaired/tampered with besides use for school work and playing large mobile based games.
