why is Apple Card not accepted at fresh market for Apple Pay but Visa card is accepted for Apple Pay?

The Fresh Martket did respond and said a new update for Apple Pay should fix this.

I did send email to store no reply cashiers don’t know card works but not with iPhone unless use visa
