Why am I seeing Microsoft teams calls in my native IOS phone app ? I should not be seeing whoever called me on teams mixed in with my actual contacts from the iPhone… anyone know a way to remove it if not please fix this apple.

You can't remove the feature but you can delete the calls that you made.
All calls that you make using any Social Networking apps are listed here along with voice calls. FaceTime, Whatsapp, Skype etc.
