Wrist temperature not getting any data

I‘ve used Sleep already which is tracking fine. When I activated tracking wrist temperature I’m not get any data. Been waiting for 2 weeks now. It seemed to have gathered data only during the night of Sept24/25th. No additional data. I have not changed any settings and I keep wearing the watch the same way since I got it.

Hello CorneliaR,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. There are some factors that may prevent the wrist temperature to measure your data. Here's some that you'll want to review:

- To get the best results, make sure your Apple Watch fits just right. If the fit is too loose, it can impact wrist temperature data.

- Wrist temperature data can also be impacted by certain physiological, lifestyle, and environmental factors.

- Sleep Tracking must be enabled

- Sleep Tracking and Wrist Temperature require Sleep Focus to be enabled for at least 4 hours a night

- Sleep Tracking must be performed for about 5 nights

This information is outlined here and can help determine the reason of why the wrist temperature is not providing data: Track your nightly wrist temperature changes with Apple Watch - Apple Support

If you meet all these requirements, but it continues to occur we suggest contacting Apple Support to review this further. You can contact them through this link here: Apple Support

Kind regards.
